Mahmud Haq is the founder and Executive Chairman of MTBC. Prior to founding MTBC, Mr. Haq served as CEO and President of Compass International Services Corporation (NASDAQ:CMPS) from 1997-1999. From 1985 to 1996, Mr. Haq served as Vice President of Global Risk Management for American Express (NYSE: AXP). Mr. Haq is a graduate of Bridgewater State College (Massachusetts) with a BS in Aviation Management and he has earned an MBA from Clark University (Massachusetts) with a concentration in Finance.

Stephen Snyder joined MTBC in September 2005 as General Counsel, and later served as Chief Operating Officer, President in September 2011 and CEO in 2018. Mr. Snyder is an attorney by background and his writings on healthcare law and practice management are regularly featured in print and electronic media. Mr. Snyder received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School - Newark, where he served as a senior editor of a law journal.

A. Hadi Chaudhry joined MTBC in October 2002 as Manager of IT, and later served as General Manager and Chief Information Officer through his appointment as Vice President of Global Operations in October 2016 and President in 2018. He has extensive healthcare IT experience and served in various roles in the banking and IT sector prior to joining MTBC. Mr. Chaudhry received his BS in Mathematics and Statistics and holds numerous information technology certifications.

Bill Korn joined MTBC in June 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Korn has served as CFO for six other businesses, including SnapOne and Antenna Software, where he enabled the business to grow at an 87% CAGR through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth. He also spent ten years with IBM as a member of the senior management team that created IBM’s highly successful services strategy in the 1990’s. Mr. Korn currently serves on the Board of Jerash Holdings (Nasdaq: JRSH). Mr. Korn graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Cameron P. Munter joined MTBC Board of Directors in June 2013. Mr. Munter served as the U.S. Ambassador to Pakistan from October 2010 through July 2012. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Munter held a variety of high-profile diplomatic positions in Iraq and also served as U.S. Ambassador to Serbia and U.S. Deputy Chief of Mission to Poland. Mr. Munter received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Cornell University and doctoral degree in Modern European History from the Johns Hopkins University. He was President of the EastWest Institute in New York until 2019 and now serves as senior advisor to Agora Strategy Group AG, a Berlin-based consulting firm.

John N. Daly has over 50 years of experience in the financial services industry, beginning with 23 years at E.F. Hutton, where he served as an Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Directors. After that, Mr. Daly worked at Salomon Brothers, both in New York and London, where he headed the Private Client Division and International Equity Capital Markets. Currently, Mr. Daly serves as a Trustee Emeritus of the Culinary Institute of America. Mr. Daly was awarded his degree from Yale University and completed the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program in 1979.

Anne M. Busquet joined MTBC’s Board of Directors in July 2014. Ms. Busquet is presently the President of AMB Advisors, and has over three decades of executive business experience with American Express and Interactive Corp (IAC). She has led several successful businesses and served on various boards, including Blyth, Inc., and Meetic. Currently, Ms. Busquet serves on the Board of Pitney Bowes, Provista Diagnostics and is also a Trustee on the Board of Overseers for Columbia University, Business School, the Romanian American Foundation and the French Institute Alliance Francaise. Ms. Busquet graduated from Cornell University and received her MBA from Columbia University.

Norman Roth is our Controller and Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Roth joined MTBC in September 2014. Prior to joining MTBC, Mr. Roth worked as a forensic accountant since 2003 primarily in the accounting malpractice area. From 1991 through 2002, Mr. Roth served as the Director of External Reporting, Treasury and Tax and later as Business Manager of WWOR-TV. Mr. Roth began his career at Ernst & Young LLP in 1977 and left as a senior manager after 13 years of service. Mr. Roth received his Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude from Rutgers College and his Master of Business Administration-Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Mr. Roth is a certified public accountant and a certified fraud examiner.

Loraine Goetsch joined MTBC in 1999 and has served in various roles such as Vice President Operations, Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management and Vice President of Sales. Currently, Ms. Goetsch serves as a Division President for MTBC. With over 20 years of experience, she has an in-depth understanding of the current and evolving needs of MTBC's industry and target market.

Alfonso Nardi joined MTBC in May 2017 as a legal assistant, and later served as Director of Compliance and Contracts through his appointment as Senior Vice President of Strategy in March 2018. Mr. Nardi has a background in banking, legal compliance, and strategic marketing. Mr. Nardi received his BS in legal studies, JD, MBA with a focus on finance, and holds a certification in US privacy law.

Kimberly Blanche serves as MTBC’s General Counsel and VP Compliance. In these roles, she is responsible for MTBC’s legal, compliance, and regulatory affairs, including strategic counsel of the company’s mergers and acquisitions, legal, and business matters. Ms. Blanche first joined MTBC in 2018 as a Corporate Attorney. Prior to joining MTBC, she practiced corporate law as well as pharmaceutical and general business litigation for a prestigious New Jersey law firm. Ms. Blanche is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey, and is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) by the Compliance Certification Board.

Dr. Bertman is the Chief Medical Officer at MTBC and Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at the Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University. He received his BA from Vassar College, and his MD from the University of Massachusetts. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Medicine. In 2001, Dr. Bertman founded Amazing Charts, which received accolades for being easy-to-use and, under his leadership, became one of the most widely used EHRs in the 1-10 ambulatory physician market before he sold the company in late 2012. Dr. Bertman is a serial entrepreneur, prolific healthcare writer, and has received multiple awards, including the Physician Entrepreneur of the Year award from Modern Physician magazine.

Elizabeth Ferrer is the Vice President of Human Resources for MTBC where she creates an exceptional place for talented people to transform healthcare with superior technology and user experiences. Ms. Ferrer has proven success in delivering complex, large-scale human capital and business strategies to support both catalytic growth and sustainable performance. As a senior leader and consultant for companies at various stages of growth, from startups to Fortune 25 global enterprises, Ms. Ferrer has led workplace-centric strategies to advance access, equity, and inclusion across the business spectrum. Ms. Ferrer has earned numerous corporate and national awards and her thought leadership has contributed to workforce management public policies. Alongside her corporate roles, she has served on community and national boards. Ms. Ferrer graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a BBA in Human Resources and is a graduate of Leadership Florida XXIII.

Mike Cuesta is Chief Marketing Officer, leading product and corporate marketing, demand generation and communications initiatives for MTBC. Mike assumes this role having previously served as SVP of Marketing for CareCloud, which he helped co-found in 2009. With over 15 years of experience in brand strategy, digital marketing and design, he brings deep experience in product and corporate marketing as well as the healthcare industry.

Wes Stolp is Senior Vice President of Business Development where he works to drive enterprise-level growth for the company. Previously, he served MTBC as Executive Vice President of Sales where he led revenue growth for the company’s suite of cloud-based software and services. Wes joined MTBC from Health Prime and brings more than 15 years of sales, and sales training, experience having worked for companies serving the spectrum of physician practice services. He earned his BA from the University of California, Davis and his MA from University of the Pacific.

As Divisional President, Juan Molina is responsible for CareCloud's strategic and operational performance. Prior to his current role, Juan served as CareCloud’s Chief Operating Officer and Head of Strategy, leading corporate development initiatives and the end-to-end delivery of CareCloud's innovative enterprise platform to its high-growth medical group clients, from concept through successful execution. Juan holds an MBA from Florida International University with a concentration in strategy, innovation and leadership.

Lawrence Sharnak joined MTBC’s Board of Directors in April of 2020. Before joining MTBC, Mr. Sharnak served at American Express for more than 30 years where he led in a variety of senior leadership roles. While working at American Express, Mr. Sharnak was also the founding sponsor of several employee networks including the Asian Network (ASA), the Professional Orientation and Development Program (P.O.D), and the Consumer Card Diversity Team. Currently, Mr. Sharnak is on the Board of Advisors for Cinch Board Services and he previously held board seats at Teach for America New Jersey, A+ for Kids, Consultants to Go, and Boca Grove. Mr. Sharnak received his BBA degree from the University of Massachusetts and his MBA from Babson College.

Karl Johnson is the Chief Growth Officer of MTBC and has over thirty years’ experience working with large revenue cycle management companies, group practices, and hospitals with a focus on driving growth. Most recently, Mr. Johnson served as Division President of MTBC Force, and before that, SVP of Partnerships. Mr. Johnson was part of the Millennium/MediGain executive team when the company was acquired by MTBC. During this time, he played a key role in the growth of Millennium and was an early pioneer in Revenue Cycle Management outsourcing. Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Health Administration from Brigham Young University.

Dwight Garvin is the Senior Vice President of Professional Services for MTBC. Having joined the company in 2018, Mr. Garvin is responsible for managing the company’s implementations, integrations, education, and enrollment teams. Mr. Garvin brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience to the team and is exceptionally well versed in project management, ambulatory EHR implementation, acute care systems implementation, revenue cycle, budgeting, and strategic planning, business development, PMO development, and change management.
Prior to his current role with MTBC, Mr. Garvin served as Director of Professional Services at athenahealth where he was responsible for leading implementations for independent medical groups and medical groups associated with regional and national health systems. Mr. Garvin also served as a manager in strategy and operations for Deloitte Consulting and was the Executive Director of Ambulatory Solutions at Baptist Health Systems in Birmingham, Alabama. Mr. Garvin received his Bachelor's Degree from Auburn University earned his MBA from Manderson Graduate School of Business, University of Alabama.

Steve Link is Senior Vice President of Client Operations for MTBC and is responsible for managing the company’s Revenue Cycle Management operations which includes all functional components of Concierge Service delivery. In this role, Mr. Link leads a team of service professionals dedicated to helping medical group clients achieve practice management excellence. Mr. Link joined MTBC's CareCloud in 2013, with 25 years of experience in the healthcare and financial services industries, managing and scaling RCM operations, banking operations, and project management teams. During his career, Mr. Link has led high-performance teams responsible for revenue cycle management of more than $9 billion in annual deposits. While at athenahealth, he led multiple high-volume operational units through consecutive years of 30% top-line growth. His teams also delivered year-over-year performance improvements against key operational metrics as well as aligned products and services through strategic level client engagement. Mr. Link also has leadership and project management experience from working at Fleet Financial Services and Bank of America. During this time, Mr. Link received the Six Sigma Black Belt certification and led Six Sigma project management initiatives at Bank of America.
